Meet Laura
Hello, I'm Laura and I'm the proud owner of Little Ducklings Childminding in Baddeley Green, Stoke-on-Trent. I live here with my husband Kieran and our two children, and I've created the kind of setting that helps little ones feel at ease from the moment they arrive.
I believe a home environment can make the transition into childcare feel gentler, warmer, and more reassuring. Children are welcomed into a space where they can play, settle, and grow in confidence while being cared for as individuals.
I would love to welcome you and your little one for a visit so you can get a feel for daily life at Little Ducklings yourself.

Planning is guided by the Early Years Foundation Stage while staying responsive to children's individual interests and developmental stages.
Approach
Whilst having lots of fun through play, I carefully plan activities that support each child's learning and development. Their interests and needs stay at the centre of everything we do.
Free-flow play, warm relationships, and consistent encouragement help children feel happy, safe, and ready to discover new things.
